Overview

Welcome to Bereka Games. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bereka Games mobile application, the playbereka.com website, and related services operated by Bereka Games LLC (“Bereka,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using Bereka Games, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create and use a Bereka account.

If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should use Bereka Games with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

Bereka Games may also be played in family and group settings.

Guest Access and Accounts

Bereka Games can be used without creating an account.

Signing in is optional.

The current application supports:

• Sign in with Apple

• Google Sign-In

If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining appropriate control over the third-party account you use to sign in.

You agree not to use another person’s account or intentionally provide false information.

Game Features

Bereka Games provides social party-game experiences that currently include features such as:

Shuf Shuf — A phone-on-the-forehead word guessing game.

Battle Mode — Team-based competitive Shuf Shuf rounds.

Imposter — A hidden-role social word game.

Custom Decks — Private word decks that you may create or import and store locally on your device.

Features may be updated, improved, removed, or replaced as Bereka Games develops.

Free Version

The current version of Bereka Games is free to use.

It does not currently include active:

• Paid subscriptions

• In-app purchases

• Paid Premium unlocks

• Payment processing

• Referral rewards

If paid features are introduced in a future version, any applicable pricing, purchase terms, platform rules, and additional conditions will be presented before those features are made available.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Bereka Games to:

• Break applicable laws.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Bereka systems or services.

• Interfere with the normal operation or security of the application.

• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for harmful purposes.

• Distribute malware or other harmful code.

• Impersonate another person.

• Use the service in a way that intentionally harms Bereka, its users, or its infrastructure.

• Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer protected portions of the software except where applicable law specifically permits it.

  
  

Custom Decks and User-Created Content

Bereka allows you to create or import custom word decks for your own gameplay.

Custom decks are currently stored locally on your device and are not published or distributed to other users through Bereka’s servers.

You are responsible for the content you place in your custom decks.

You agree not to use Bereka Games to create or share content that violates applicable law or the rights of another person.

Feedback and Suggestions

You may voluntarily send Bereka ratings, comments, suggestions, or ideas about the games.

By submitting feedback, you allow Bereka to review and use that feedback for purposes such as improving, operating, and developing Bereka Games.

Submitting feedback does not transfer ownership of your unrelated personal content to Bereka.

Private feedback submitted through Bereka is not presented as a public social-media post or public user profile.

Intellectual Property

Bereka Games, its branding, logos, software, artwork, graphics, interface designs, text, and original game content are owned by Bereka Games LLC or used with appropriate permission and may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Bereka intellectual property to you.

You may use Bereka Games for its intended personal gameplay purposes.

Unauthorized copying, resale, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of protected Bereka materials is prohibited except where permitted by law.

Third-Party Services

Bereka uses third-party services to provide certain functionality.

These may include services from Apple, Google, and Firebase for authentication, infrastructure, security, and related application functionality.

Your use of independent third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

Bereka is not responsible for the independent terms or practices of third-party services that it does not control.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and protected when you use Bereka Games.

Account Deletion

If you create a Bereka account using Apple or Google sign-in, you may initiate an account deletion request from within the Bereka Games application.

Deletion requests are processed manually by the Bereka team.

We aim to complete valid account deletion requests within 30 days.

Account-associated information under Bereka’s control will be removed as part of the deletion process unless specific information must be retained for legitimate legal, security, or recordkeeping purposes.

Information stored only on your device, such as custom decks, is separate from your Bereka server account and may remain on your device unless you remove it locally, clear the app’s data, or uninstall the application.

Service Availability

We work to keep Bereka Games available and functioning properly, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

The service may occasionally be unavailable because of:

• Maintenance.

• Technical problems.

• Security updates.

• Third-party service interruptions.

• Product improvements.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when reasonably necessary.

Account Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or terminate access to account-related services when reasonably necessary if a user:

• Violates these Terms.

• Uses the service for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

• Attempts to compromise the security of the service.

• Seriously interferes with Bereka systems or other users.

You may stop using Bereka Games at any time.

If you have a Bereka account, you may also request account deletion through the application.

Disclaimers

Bereka Games is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Party-game content and results are provided for entertainment purposes.

We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available on every device, operating-system version, or network environment.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bereka Games LLC will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

This may include losses resulting from temporary service interruptions, device compatibility issues, or locally stored content being removed when application data is cleared or the application is uninstalled.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Bereka Games changes.

When we make changes, we will update the effective date of the Terms.

Material changes will be communicated where required.

Continued use of Bereka Games after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
